✅ Consistency, frequency and communication -
Phone them, visit them, talk to them, get to know them, make them your friend! Deals don’t happen overnight, but the more often you connect and speak to them the better. You’ll be amazed at how a relationship can grow 🥳
✅ Reputation - once you’ve got that first deal under your belt you’re on your way. You’ve got history together and this counts for a lot 🙏
✅ Common ground - this might sound cliche, but find the common ground, make friends, talk about hobbies and personal life (to a certain extent!) Once they know you’re a decent human just like they are, acquaintances can grow into friendships ♥️
