We focus on substantial existing buildings where there is an opportunity to create high-quality homes while retaining the character that makes the property distinctive. Properties requiring refurbishment or substantial works are absolutely considered.

Substantial trading, former or under-utilised hotels and larger guest houses with genuine residential conversion potential.
Distinctive buildings
Period and architecturally interesting properties where scale, layout and location can support high-quality residential conversion.

Our typical acquisitions have potential for approximately 6–20 apartments, while exceptional larger or smaller opportunities are considered.
