Communicate these expectations clearly and make sure that they understand them before they start the work.

2. Stay organised:

Managing tradespeople involves a lot of coordination and scheduling. To make sure that everything runs smoothly, it's important to stay organized. Keep a detailed schedule of the work that needs to be done, including timelines and deadlines, and make sure that everyone involved in the project is aware of it. Keep all relevant documentation, such as contracts and invoices, in one place so that you can easily refer to them if needed.
