Alexander Matthews Property is led by Alex Potocki, a property developer with more than three decades of experience in property, refurbishment and development.
Before establishing Alexander Matthews Property, Alex spent seven years as a Property Director with Aldi, gaining extensive experience in property acquisition, development and the commercial assessment of property opportunities. Combined with many years of acquiring, refurbishing and developing property personally, this has shaped a practical and commercially focused approach to development.
Today, Alex remains personally involved in every acquisition — from identifying and assessing a potential property through to meeting owners, agreeing terms and overseeing the subsequent planning and development process.
