Property Management
We offer a service to landlords called 'Guaranteed Rent' - which provides the certainty of guaranteed monthly rental income for a minimum of 3 years. We offer a secure management contract and fixed rental income, without all the hassle, stress and costs involved in being a landlord. We decorate, carpet, style and furnish each room to a high standard, looking after the property as if it were our own. We set up and pay for all the bills including council tax, utilities, high speed broadband and Netflix.
Once we have upgraded the property, we then either let each room on a house share basis, or let the property as serviced accommodation.
Our tenants are either working professionals looking for a beautiful place to call home, or families looking for a home-from-home holiday experience.
All tenants (short and long term) provide security deposits, are carefully checked and have their identity verified before staying in any of our properties. We have a superb track record of looking after our tenants, with testimonials available on request.
